Spicy Red Sauce Veg Pasta Recipes
1.5 cup pasta (of any shape)
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of crushed garlic
One green chilly chopped
One onion sliced
One carrot sliced
2-3 spring onions chopped
50 gm broccoli chopped
Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp oregano
2 tbsp of red chili sauce
¼ tsp of soya sauce
¼ tsp of vinegar
2tbsp tomato sauce
Add any other vegetable of your choice and preference.
Boil the pasta in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Adding extra water while boiling ensures that the pasta will not stick together.
Now pour some olive oil in a pan and let it heat.
Add chopped chili and garlic. Stir till golden brown. Then add sliced onions
Now add all the veggies of your choice. Stir fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Top the veggies with salt, chili flakes, pepper, and oregano mix everything well.
Finally, add red chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, and tomato sauce to give the pasta a beautiful red and saucy.
Add boiled pasta and let it absorb all the flavors together for five more minutes.
Toss everything together, and the spicy veggie pasta is ready.
