Ingredients

  • Four carrots chopped
  • 10-12 beans chopped
  • Two garlic cloves  finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • One chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1/2tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Method

Take a pan and add oil, chopped garlic, carrot, and beans. Give it a quick mix. Then add chicken broth give it a boil. And now add chicken breast and sauté with the veggies. Finally add chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Chicken with beans is ready to be served.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown rice (boiled )
  • One onion finely  chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 red bell pepper chopped 
  • Two white mushrooms choo ped
  • One carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth
  • One tomato diced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • One tap tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • one-fourth tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Method

  • Mix them all and garnish it with finely chopped parsley.
  • Serve it with boiled brown rice. 

Turkey pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta boiled 
  • One onion
  • 1 tsp oil (vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup Turkey (grounded)
  • One-fourth tsp Italian seasoning 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese.

Method

  • Take a pan to add oil and chopped bell peppers, onion, mushroom, and carrot. Stir it for a minute.
  • Now add chicken broth. 
  • Add diced tomatoes, garlic powder, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, thyme, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix them all and garnish it with finely chopped parsley.
  • Serve with boiled brown rice. 

Citrus-Lime Tofu Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup roasted vegetables
  • 1 cup baked tofu
  • One tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Two tablespoons Citrus-Lime Vinaigrette

Method

Arrange greens, veggies, tofu, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Drizzle vinaigrette just before serving.
